Additional Tips
- Remember to create a user account on the PMI.org website before starting your application. This is an essential step to access the form.
- Use the application checklist to make sure you don't forget anything. It allows you to verify that you meet all the requirements.
- Take your time. The form saves automatically as you complete it, so you can take breaks and come back to it later.
- Focus on your role and responsibilities in each project, rather than the technical details of the project itself. The PMI wants to assess your project management experience, not that of the team or the company.

Understanding PDU Categories
Education PDUs: These are earned through learning opportunities such as courses, webinars, and self-study programs. Education PDUs are divided into three areas aligned with the PMI Talent Triangle: Technical Project Management, Leadership, and Strategic and Business Management.
Contribution PDUs:These are earned through activities that contribute to the profession, such as working as a practitioner, creating content, giving presentations, and volunteering.

Minimum and maximum PDUs
- You must earn 60 PDUs over a three-year cycle.
